When we met Amber Stutzman at an open house, she made us a pretty good impression; so we explained our situation of an old couple from a foreign country and French speaking who wanted to sell their townhouse because of a healthy issue with the stairs. We were ready to do this big move in 2019 but we had to leave urgently because of the COVID and the closing of the borders obliged us to go back in Canada; this situation stopped us drastically in our project to move.

What a stressful period it was during a year and a half to be away from Nevada but we used that time to think where we would like to spend our last years. We used to like walking in the Aliante surroundings and we enjoyed the Sun City Aliante community a lot, so we decided to focus on this area. Finally back in Vegas, we looked around to be sure and realized that Sun City would be the best place for us.

We put our faith in Amber and we trusted her judgment during this long and fastidious process. Finally, we decided to contact her to start looking seriously in Sun City. And today, we realize our best move was to work with Amber. If this project went so smoothly and quickly, it’s because of her and the time she consented to explain the rules here, which are so different than in our country.
